These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the macauph online gaming platform located at macauph.vip. Creating an account as a minor, or permitting a minor to use your account, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual may hold only one registered macauph account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be suspended, with all associated balances reviewed. Bonuses obtained through duplicate account activity are considered fraudulently obtained and will be forfeited in full, regardless of wagering status.
All macauph transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are processed instantly via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and InstaPay. Withdrawals to GCash are typically completed within five minutes. macauph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
"macauph," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the macauph online gaming platform accessible at macauph.vip, duly licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
"Platform" — refers to the macauph website, web application, and any associated mobile interfaces through which gaming services are offered.
"Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a macauph account and is using the Platform in any capacity.
"Account" — refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the macauph Platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, and profile information.
"Real Money Balance" — refers to deposited Philippine Peso funds held in a Player's Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, exclusive of any bonus funds.
"Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spins equivalents, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
"PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the statutory authority responsible for the licensing, regulation, and supervision of gambling activities in the Philippines.
"KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer, the identity verification process mandated by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering legislation in the Philippines.
"Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary terms referenced herein, including the macauph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.1 By accessing the macauph Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement, including all policies incorporated by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the macauph Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
2.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and macauph in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior oral or written representations, understandings, or agreements not expressly incorporated herein.
Important Notice for Filipino Players: macauph is a PAGCOR-regulated platform. All activities on this Platform are governed by Philippine law and subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that the Platform operates lawfully under Philippine licensing requirements and that the rules of play are subject to PAGCOR's approval framework.
3.1 Age Requirement. The macauph Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online casino gaming in the Philippines. macauph enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification on all accounts.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents and citizens of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring their access complies with applicable local laws. macauph does not knowingly accept registrations from prohibited jurisdictions.
3.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and that no court or regulatory order restricts your participation in gambling activities.
3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of macauph, its affiliated companies, and its gaming technology providers are prohibited from holding active playing Accounts or participating in real-money wagering on the Platform.
Age Verification — Zero Tolerance: macauph operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended without prior notice. Any balance associated with the Account will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited. macauph reserves the right to report underage gambling incidents to PAGCOR as required by its licensing conditions.
4.1 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the macauph Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. macauph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration information at any time.
4.3 KYC Verification. Pursuant to macauph's obligations under its PAGCOR license and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, all Players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. KYC requires submission of:
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your macauph login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to your notification of unauthorized access shall be your sole responsibility. macauph staff will never ask for your password or OTP via any communication channel.
4.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your macauph Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Allowing another person to use your Account constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. macauph currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, and InstaPay. macauph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the macauph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency transactions are accepted. macauph does not impose currency conversion fees as all balances are maintained in PHP.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to a Player's Account instantaneously following successful authorization. Processing times for bank-based deposits may vary depending on the issuing institution's internal processing schedules.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. All withdrawals are subject to prior completion of KYC verification. macauph reserves the right to perform additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Only funds from the Player's Real Money Balance are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before any resulting balance may be withdrawn. Players may only withdraw to a payment method that they own and that matches their registered KYC identity.
5.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the macauph Cashier section at the time of transaction. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's KYC verification status.
5.7 Player Fund Segregation. Pursuant to macauph's PAGCOR licensing conditions, all Player funds are held in accounts segregated from macauph's operating capital. Player funds are not used for macauph business operations under any circumstances.
6.1 macauph may offer promotional bonuses, matched deposit credits, free game credits, cashback arrangements, and other incentive programmes to Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time of offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific promotional terms, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. macauph reserves the right to void bonus claims and associated winnings where evidence of abuse is detected, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play patterns.
6.4 Bonus Forfeiture. macauph reserves the right to remove Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds from a Player's Account where evidence of bonus abuse, terms violation, or prohibited conduct is established. Players will be notified of any bonus forfeiture decision.
6.5 Real Money First. Where a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, wagers will by default be deducted from the Real Money Balance first, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the macauph Platform — including live dealer games, RNG slot titles, table games, and bingo — operate in accordance with rules published within each game's interface. In the case of live dealer games, dealer actions are governed by the specific game rules applicable to that table format.
7.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games on the macauph Platform use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and verified by an approved third-party testing laboratory. Published RTP figures for slot games reflect certified long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session results.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, macauph reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. macauph is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures or internet connectivity issues attributable to the Player's device or network provider.
7.4 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game prior to placing a wager and may vary by table, game type, and Player VIP tier.
7.5 Void Bets. macauph reserves the right to void a bet placed in error, placed on an event that has already concluded, or placed where a technical error produced manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the macauph Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
8.2 macauph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation. Where criminal conduct is established or suspected, macauph will report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.
9.1 All content on the macauph Platform — including but not limited to the macauph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and proprietary game content — is the intellectual property of macauph or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering, scraping, or any commercial exploitation of Platform content without macauph's prior written consent.
9.3 Third-party game content — including slot games, live dealer software, and table game engines — is licensed to macauph by its respective providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. macauph makes no warranty as to the intellectual property ownership of third-party content beyond the representations provided by its licensor agreements.
10.1 macauph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at macauph.vip/privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to macauph processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, fraud prevention, and the delivery of gaming services.
10.3 macauph handles all personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Players retain the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete their personal data held by macauph, subject to applicable regulatory retention requirements.
10.4 macauph does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data sharing is limited to PAGCOR reporting obligations, payment processing partners, and fraud prevention services as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, macauph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 macauph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a Player's use of the Platform, regardless of whether macauph was advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 macauph makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and events beyond macauph's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. macauph shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime that occurs despite reasonable precautions.
11.4 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. macauph is not responsible for any Player's financial losses arising from the outcome of games offered on the Platform where those games were operating in accordance with their certified rules and published RTP figures.
12.1 By macauph. macauph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where macauph reasonably believes the Player has breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or where closure is required to comply with macauph's PAGCOR licensing obligations or applicable Philippine law.
12.2 Balance on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held pending the outcome of that investigation. Where macauph determines a breach has occurred, macauph may forfeit part or all of the balance, subject to the Player's right to dispute under Clause 13.
12.3 By the Player. A Player may request closure of their macauph Account at any time by contacting macauph's 24/7 support team. Upon closure request, any Real Money Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification.
12.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who request Account closure for responsible gaming reasons may be offered a self-exclusion period in lieu of permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period and will be processed in accordance with macauph's Responsible Gaming Policy.
13.1 Initial Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the macauph Platform, you should first contact macauph's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat facility. macauph will acknowledge your dispute within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a full resolution within seven (7) business days.
13.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If macauph's internal dispute resolution process does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate the dispute directly to PAGCOR as the licensing authority overseeing macauph's operations. PAGCOR has formal dispute resolution authority over all licensed online casino operators in the Philippines.
13.3 Game Outcome Disputes. All game outcomes on the macauph Platform are determined by certified software systems. Server-side game logs constitute the definitive record of all game events and shall prevail over any Player-side display discrepancies in the event of a dispute.
13.4 Time Limits. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes or transactions must be raised with macauph's support team within ninety (90) days of the date of the disputed event. macauph is not obligated to investigate disputes raised after this period.
14.1 macauph is committed to the responsible gaming standards prescribed by PAGCOR and recognizes that gambling can become harmful for certain individuals. macauph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders at no charge:
14.2 macauph strictly enforces its 21-year minimum age requirement through PAGCOR-mandated KYC verification. 14.3 Players on self-exclusion lists maintained by PAGCOR or any other Philippine regulatory body will be denied access to the macauph Platform where macauph has been notified of their exclusion status.
15.1 This Agreement and all matters arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and PAGCOR's regulatory issuances.
15.2 Subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Clause 13, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through macauph's internal process or PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.1 macauph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time, subject to any applicable PAGCOR requirements regarding notice to Players. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via notice on the Platform and, where macauph holds a current contact method, by direct notification.
16.2 The most current version of this Agreement is always available at macauph.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
16.3 If you do not accept an amendment to this Agreement, you should immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.
